The sanitary emergency created by the novel coronavirus is posing a number of challenges in many countries and in many communities.

The Comites of Johannesburg, Pretoria and Cape Town, with the support of the Italian Embassy in Pretoria, the Consulate Generale inJohannesburg and Consulate in Cape Town, have launched a fundraising initiative in support of Italians living in South Africa who are in a situation of distress due to COVID-19.
