On September 12 and 13, the “Italy in Town – Taste. Explore. Celebrate” event, organized by the Embassy and dedicated to the best of Made in Italy in South Africa, will take place at the Menlyn Maine Precinct in Pretoria.
The event, originally scheduled for September 5 and 6, was postponed by one week due to the adverse weather conditions forecast for the weekend.
The event will feature over 30 booths showcasing food and wine, fashion, and automotive products. Numerous musical and cultural performances are also scheduled throughout the two days, and on Sunday, September 13, the San Marino and Rimini Riviera MotoGP Grand Prix, taking place in Misano, will be broadcast live on a giant screen.
