The tender for an EU administrative twinning project in Madagascar titled “Appui à la lutte contre le blanchiment et au recouvrement des avoirs illicites in Madagascar”, EuropeAid/178386, is published on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy at the link https://www.esteri.it/it/opportunita/nella_ue/gemellaggi/lista-gemellaggi/ to inform the possible Italian interested partners.
This project is part of the general framework of the program “Tou.te.s redevables (2023-2028)” of the European Union in Madagascar that has the objective of improving the quality of public and citizen action for the development of the Country.
The Italian National Contact Point has fixed the deadline for submitting the proposal for Italian interested partners is 2nd October 2023, while the tentative date for starting the selection will be 11th October 2023.
The EU Commission has published a new version of the Twinning Manual, available on their website at the link https://neighbourhood-enlargement.ec.europa.eu/system/files/2022-10/Twinning_manual_2017_update_2022_FR.pdf that is now applied to all the new calls launched since 1st September 2022.
