The tender for an EU administrative twinning project in Madagascar titled “Appui \u00e0 la lutte contre le blanchiment et au recouvrement des avoirs illicites in Madagascar”, EuropeAid\/178386, is published on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy at the link\u00a0 \u00a0https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/it\/opportunita\/nella_ue\/gemellaggi\/lista-gemellaggi\/<\/a> to inform the possible Italian interested partners.<\/p>\n

This project is part of the general framework of the program \u201cTou.te.s redevables (2023-2028)\u201d of the European Union in Madagascar that has the objective of improving the quality of public and citizen action for the development of \u00a0the Country.<\/p>\n

The Italian National Contact Point has fixed the deadline for submitting the proposal for Italian interested partners is 2^{nd<\/sup> October 2023<\/strong>, while the tentative date for starting the selection will be 11^{th<\/sup> October 2023<\/strong>.<\/p>\n}}

The EU Commission has published a new version of the Twinning Manual, available on their website at the link\u00a0 https:\/\/neighbourhood-enlargement.ec.europa.eu\/system\/files\/2022-10\/Twinning_manual_2017_update_2022_FR.pdf<\/a> that is now applied to all the new calls launched since 1^{st<\/sup> September 2022.<\/p>\n}
