The emergency numbers are active when the Embassy or the Consulates offices are closed.<\/p>\n

Please use these numbers\u00a0exclusivesly for emergencies of Italian citizens<\/strong>. To ask for information, one may contact the\u00a0relevant office of the Embassy\u00a0between 9 am and 4 pm from Monday to Thursday and from 9 to am to 1 pm on Friday, South African time\u00a0(for the Consulates, please check their respective webpages).<\/p>\n

It would be advisable to call or send a whatsapp message before sending an e-mail. The phone number, whatsapp contact and e-mail are to be used exclusively for emergencies.<\/p>\n

The Embassy in\u00a0Pretoria\u00a0is competent for Pretoria (the entire Tshwane municipality) in South Africa,\u00a0and for Lesotho, Madagascar, Mauritius\u00a0and Namibia.<\/p>\n
