The Embassy of Italy in Pretoria celebrated the Day of Republic on June 3rd, 2019. This date has market the 73rd anniversary of the referendum by which, June 2, 1946, the Italian citizens, by voting for the first time by universal suffrage, have chosen to establish the Republic.
